Yes, we are licensed. We carry Commercial Liability insurance and a Janitorial Bond.

How will you clean when I am running my business?
Almost all of our services can be provided after hours, on weekends or on off days. It is better for you and us to clean when the location is vacant or mostly vacant, as this allows us to provide an uninterrupted, efficient service. However if it is not possible, we can work during your regular business hours.
What services do you offer?
Our services include: office cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, floor stripping and sealing, floor waxing, tile and grout cleaning, window cleaning, post construction cleaning and consumables management.
Who do you provide services to?
We work with business owners, property and office managers, builders, school principals, library directors and other professionals who require cleaning services for their commercial buildings.
Do you provide services to residential customers?
No, we clean commercial buildings only.
Do you supply the cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. We have our own equipment and we use our own green cleaning supplies. We do not provide consumables (paper towels, hand soap, can liners etc.) as part of our regular cleaning service. However, we can provide consumables if requested, and offer a comprehensive consumables management program.
How many people will be cleaning my building?
This will vary depending on the size of the building. Our crews usually consist of 2 to 12 employees.
What if something is broken by cleaning people?
If our employee accidently breaks something they are required to leave a note at the building and to notify their supervisor before leaving the building. The supervisor will notify office staff next morning. Our office staff will be in contact with you that morning to discuss replacing the item that was broken.
What happens if something is not cleaned to our satisfaction?
Please call our office at (773) 983 2062 if there are any problems. We will evaluate the situation and fix it in 24 hours. After fixing the problem, we will get back to you to make sure that everything was done to your satisfaction.
How should I prepare for the first day of cleaning?
If you would like to use our regular nightly cleaning services, please provide us with the following items:
- 2 copies of keys to the entrance door;
- 2 copies of keys to the private offices;
- 2 copies of keys to janitor closets;
- 2 copies of keys to dispensers (toilet tissue, hand towels, soap);
- If we are not required to provide consumables for your building, make sure that you have enough trash bags, paper towels, soap, etc.;
- If you have alarm system, please provide us with the code we need to enter when entering and exiting your building;
- Please provide us with the names and phone numbers of people we can call with questions and in case of emergency;
- If you want us to leave lights ON in some areas, please let us know what these areas are.
How do I get a quote for your services?
Just fill out our free estimate form online or call us at (773) 983 2062. We will send our representative to your location and he/she will give you a quote based on your individual needs.
Can I get a quote over the phone?
To provide you with the best service, we need to visit the service location for measurements and to evaluate the space. We cannot provide an accurate quote without visiting the site. If you are not available, we can still visit the location to gather the necessary information, as long as building access is provided. Just let us know your schedule issues and we can work with you to get an appointment scheduled for a convenient time.
Do I have to sign a contract?
All of our customers must sign a Service Agreement which specifies the details both parties agree to. This agreement includes the price of the services to be rendered. The minimum period of a Service Agreement is 1 year. Any additional services requested by you after the initial service agreement will be drawn up on a separate agreement.
Can I cancel the agreement?
Yes. The agreement may be cancelled at any time with a minimum of Thirty (30) Days written notice. There are NO PENALTIES for early termination.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and checks.
Do the cleaners always come on the same day? At the same time?
Yes. We will work out a schedule for your cleaning service when you initially sign your sales agreement. We strive to maintain these schedules as closely as possible. However, there are times when the schedule may be deviated from due to weather, emergencies, holidays, etc.
What days and hours do you work?
We are able to provide services 7 days per week if necessary to meet your scheduling needs. For most of our customers we provide our services in the evenings and at night, however some customers’ buildings are cleaned in the mornings and during day time.
How do you store the keys / key cards / pass codes / alarm codes?
All the physical items are stored in a locking key safe whenever possible. Any pass codes or alarm codes are stored in the safe as well. All keys and codes are returned to you upon termination of the service agreement.
Can I trust the cleaners who are in my location after hours?
A criminal background check is performed on all of our employees. We do not offer positions to anyone without a clear criminal record. Our employees are also aware that many businesses have closed circuit video security systems installed. Furthermore, we constantly perform inspections on crews during their tours and we are bonded to cover a potential loss. Regardless of who you hire to provide cleaning services, you should always insist on criminal background checks.
